Let’s look at a piece of data: On a decentralized exchange (DEX) within the ICP ecosystem, the 24-hour trading volume is only $3.8774 million. It has been more than four years since the official launch of the ICP mainnet, yet the DeFi sector has still not achieved significant development. Moreover, the ICP ecosystem as a whole lacks standout applications that can attract users. If this situation persists, the scale of the ICP community will further shrink. It is hoped that the Dfinity Foundation will attach importance to the development of DeFi, and even activate the ICP ecosystem by injecting liquidity (not all users hope to become developers through Caffeine).
