With the formation of CAFFEINE LABS, it looks like Dfinity’s CTO, Jan Camenisch, will be leading it, contrary to the rumors about him moving to Coinbase.
CAFFEINE LABS is a for-profit company and will reportedly raise external funding to operate.
I’m curious whether they’ll go the Web3 route (launching a new token for fundraising) or stick to a Web2-style structure like a traditional tech startup.
