So this is the main reason ICP’s price hasn’t bounced back lately
So do we make this public? any reason not too?
So basically their aim is to buy up more ICP and at lower price point, or something else?
This way of accumulating works only if price goes constantly down, but if they sell and price start going up, they out of game.
Isn’t that how MM always play the game in this crypto space?
If you mean selling on private markets, thats not unusual.
ICP has a unique problem where both the node provider and people who are constantly shorting the tokens both have an incentive to keep the price going down. Thats the problem here.
They’re basically the same group, huh?
How’s it going, bro? Got anything new?
Looks like Ethereum also has similar problems https://x.com/peter_szilagyi/status/1980009136772227525?t=_q00MAGKuJ4lTcDGiFTRhw&s=19
Got anything new?
no, they stopped for the last 2 days.
This is the next burner account that I expect will be used when they decide to start again.
It’s holding 1.25 mil ICP.

Is ICP becoming more and more controlled by the people around Dom. At least pump like ETH first ![]()
They were discovered, so they stopped moving?
who is buying all this?
No one theyre just roundtripping the funds. What exactly theyre doing with it unclear is the address being used is an institutional CEX address.
One account dumps all the icp, each of the others scoop up a little bit at a time, and whichever one has the most token is the next one to dump to the others.
Not clear what the goal is. It may just be creating artificial volume for private market… or there may be internal off chain systems these funds are backing… its not clear… but its clearly the same person or org rotating funds through burner account back to themself over and over again.
Nope, its not that.
Node provider funds go in.
And 5-7 burner accounts wash the funds back and forth to eachother, in a way that has a clear pattern. These are not individuals acting on their own, its an orchestrated strategy.
There is nothing wrong with that… except node providers are supposed to be decentralized entitiies without shared finances.
You describing market makers strategy. Any whale can become it, dont really matter.
I did, adam has the info, it wasnt difficult to do if you want to trwce the funds yourself go ahead, its not hard. I dont particularly care if you personally have the info, i care that the foundation gets it. If they check it out and everythings good, no harm. I dont need to create more bad PR.
Im not the mafia here.
The mafia are the people washing 1.3 mill icp around in circles while grows like a balloon from those juicy node rewards that just keep going up.
Im not demanding anything.
I gave adam some info because he got connections. I dont. Its kinda weird you are so curious to get the info. Im done here.
